These Terms of Service govern your use of The Plumber BW's website and the provision of our Plumbing services. By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or using our site, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully.
Service Agreement
Engaging The Plumber BW for Plumbing services creates a binding agreement. All work will be performed by licensed, insured technicians in accordance with applicable building codes and the specifications outlined in the provided written estimate or service order.
Estimates & Pricing
Plumbing estimates are based on visible conditions and described issues. Final pricing may change if systematic assessment reveals hidden problems like corroded pipes behind walls or substandard prior work requiring additional code-compliant remediation to ensure system safety and function.
Payment Terms
Payment for Plumbing services is due upon completion unless other arrangements are specified in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing options. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.
Warranties & Guarantees
The Plumber BW guarantees workmanship on all Plumbing installations and repairs. Manufacturer warranties apply to specified parts. This guarantee covers defects in our labor but does not extend to issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure of other, non-serviced components of your Plumbing system.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe, clear access to the work area and all relevant Plumbing components. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards, prior repairs, and any HOA or municipal restrictions that may affect the Plumbing service. Failure to do so may impact serviceability and cost.
Emergency Service Scope
Emergency Plumbing service prioritizes containment and system stabilization to prevent property damage. While we strive for complete resolution during the initial visit, complex issues may require follow-up, non-emergency appointments for precision-engineered repairs or parts procurement.
Limitation of Liability
The Plumber BW's liability for damages arising from Plumbing services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages from pre-existing conditions, unless directly caused by our proven negligence during the execution of code-compliant work.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty with at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations or denied access may incur a fee to compensate for the scheduled technician's time dedicated to your Plumbing service slot.
Intellectual Property
All content on theplumberbw.com, including text, images, and logos related to our Plumbing services, is the property of The Plumber BW and may not be used without express written permission for commercial purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Plumber BW is principally licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to Plumbing services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written estimate or service order, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Plumber BW regarding the Plumbing services, superseding any prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.
